An organizational and product philosophy where AI agents and automation are foundational infrastructure, not features bolted on after the fact. Just as "cloud native" means built for the cloud from day one, agentic native means built around autonomous agents from the ground up.
This shapes everything: operations are designed so agents handle execution end-to-end, teams stay lean with humans focused on strategy and oversight, and products deliver automation that reasons and adapts rather than following rigid rules. Remove the agents and the whole thing works differently -they're structural, not supplemental.
How We Apply It
We have three business units - Boost, Shopstar, and Harry - all built on shared infrastructure where agents handle execution end-to-end:
- Boost runs its entire agency through Space Station - Claude AI is embedded in Slack with 30+ capabilities, overnight jobs handle analytics sync, budget monitoring, and anomaly detection before the team even starts their day.
- Harry automates the entire campaign pipeline - ad content is AI-generated, brand briefs are extracted from websites, and jobs are queued, tracked, and self-healing on failure.
- Shopstar is building toward agentic commerce - products surfaced and sold through AI agents via protocols like ACP and UCP, with auto-fulfilment for digital, booking, membership, and ticket products.
We don't only build agentic products - we run an agentic business. The same principles that make our products powerful also make our operations efficient and scalable - reducing headcount needs and allowing us to do more with less.

Superadmin Depth

- SaaS metrics dashboard. MRR and ARR with month-over-month growth, revenue churn and merchant churn rates, average customer lifetime value, CAC and LTV:CAC ratio, net dollar retention and gross dollar retention, quick ratio (growth efficiency), runway in months.

Partner
A white-label platform layer that lets partners run their own branded version of Shopstar, managing a portfolio of merchants underneath them.
- Full white-label branding: colours, typography selection from 12 font families, logo, favicon, background image, and custom styling. Live preview panel shows changes in real time. Export/import branding for replication across partners.
- White-label email settings: custom support email, custom sender address, and a toggle to show a "Powered by Shopstar" attribution.
- Revenue and commission analytics. Total revenue, commission earned, active merchants, average revenue per merchant, new merchants this month, period-over-period comparisons. Revenue trend charts, merchant growth charts, top performing merchants.
- Billing dashboard. Net earned, gross earned, adjustments (refunds, clawbacks), this month vs last month comparisons. Instant splits active - no manual payouts. Partner share transfers automatically with each transaction via Stripe Connect or Paystack Split API.

OpenAI's Agentic Commerce Protocol
Full implementation of ChatGPT Instant Checkout. Merchants' products appear inside ChatGPT - customers can browse and buy without leaving the conversation.
UCP
Google's Universal Commerce Protocol
Full implementation for Google AI Mode and Gemini shopping. Same idea, different platform.
Both protocols share a unified internal system. New protocols can be added without rebuilding. Shared pricing with currency conversion, shared payments with automatic split payouts, shared fulfilment that auto-delivers digital, booking, membership, and ticket products.
The Merchant Experience
For merchants, this is a new sales channel with zero setup friction. They toggle products on from the AI Commerce dashboard, configure their policy URLs, and AI agents can find them, price them, and complete checkout on behalf of customers. No browser, no storefront visit required.
Auto-fulfilment kicks in for digital, booking, membership, and ticket products. Physical products follow the normal shipping flow. Merchants see agent-originated order stats and session conversion rates.

An interview-driven AI tool that generates merchant storefronts. It asks the merchant questions about their brand, extracts design signals (colour direction, typography tone, layout preferences, device priority), crawls their existing website and inspiration sites, and generates a deployable storefront. 50+ component types across headers, heroes, features, pricing, products, collections, CTAs, testimonials, and more. 10+ pre-built design palettes. Modification mode for targeted edits without full regeneration.

Our Website
- Complete visual identity overhaul. We stripped back the purple gradients and colour noise and rebuilt around a monochromatic black-and-white palette with a single mint accent. Light and dark mode. It looks like a specialist agency now, not a template.
- Every hero section has been redesigned. Two-column layouts with bold typography on one side and animated UI panels on the other. Each service page tells its own visual story rather than repeating the same centered-text format.
- Full copy rewrite. We removed the AI-generated marketing speak and replaced it with direct, human language. Headlines are short and assertive ("Engineered Media Buying.", "Capture High Intent Traffic.") and descriptions are specific about what we actually do, not vague promises.
- Added dedicated industry vertical pages for eCommerce, Software, and Property. Our three core segments now each have a tailored entry point with relevant case studies.
Average Google Search position improvement over roughly 12 months. Our active SEO strategy will accelerate this further.
Space Station
Our internal operations platform. It runs the agency, from the moment we pitch a client to the day-to-day of managing their campaigns.
The Client Journey
End to end, in one system.
- Proposals. We build, send, and track proposals inside Space Station. Clients view them on a branded web page, select their preferred package, and sign digitally. We see exactly when they opened it, how long they spent on each section, and what device they used. No more guessing if a proposal was read.
- Onboarding. Once a client signs, they'reguided through a 7-step setup wizard. They invite their team, upload brand assets (logos, fonts, CI documents), provide brand guidelines, and grant us access to their ad accounts - all in one sitting. The system supports Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and Microsoft Ads. What used to take days of back-and-forth emails now takes about 15 minutes.
- Client Portal. Clients log into their own dashboard. They see their campaigns, tasks, and account status. Their team members get role-based access so only the right people see the right things.
- Reporting. Campaign performance across every platform flows into one place. Clients and our team see the same data - not spreadsheet handoffs or monthly PDF decks that are outdated by the time they arrive.
Agency Operations

- Task Management. Tasks with priorities, due dates, recurring schedules, and templates. A flagging system lets anyone raise a critical issue on a task, client, or campaign - with severity levels from low to critical. Daily summaries and overdue alerts keep nothing from slipping through.
- Analytics & Reporting. Standardised dashboards pulling live data from Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads. Period-over-period comparisons, campaign breakdowns, and exportable reports.
- Performance Monitoring. Automated budget alerts detect overpacing, underpacing, spend spikes, and exhausted budgets. Anomaly detection flags unusual metric changes across all platforms. Alerts go out via email, Slack, and in-app before anyone needs to ask.

Harry: The Product
Fully functional SaaS product for sale worldwide. A campaign management and automation platform for marketing agencies. It takes the most time-consuming part of paid media - building, configuring, and launching ads - and compresses it into a single workflow.
Agencies connect their clients' Meta Business Manager and Google Drive, set up brand briefs, create reusable campaign templates, and launch ad batches across Facebook and Instagram in one click. The system handles asset management (pulling directly from Google Drive), auto-generates tracking URLs and ad naming conventions from configurable templates, validates creative specs before launch, and tracks real-time progress.
Placement-specific creative optimisation for feed, stories, and reels. Client onboarding includes AI-powered brand brief generation: the system analyses the client's website and extracts 18 structured brand fields (voice, tone, audience, pain points, USPs, compliance requirements), which then feeds into all future AI content generation for that client.
Pricing & Brand
Five subscription tiers via Polar (Stripe-integrated): Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise, and a Product Hunt early-adopter plan. AI credit allocation scales by tier (10 to 500 credits per billing cycle). Minimal infrastructure cost.

We Dogfood It
How it helps Boost's daily operations:
- Account managers use the dashboard to see all active campaigns, pending batches, and launched ads across every client.
- Campaign creators pull assets directly from Google Drive without downloading, select ad formats, and generate ad copy with one click.
- The auto-naming system eliminates manual parameter entry, so every ad gets consistent, trackable URLs.
- Batch launching means 10-100+ ad configurations deploy simultaneously with validation catching issues before budget is spent.
- The brand brief system means new team members can generate on-brand copy immediately without needing weeks of client context.
- Templates make repeatable campaign structures reusable across the team.
We use it daily. Every paid media campaign Boost launches is built and deployed through Harry. It is our primary campaign operations tool.
Growth & GTM
- Two channels active: Facebook ads (live since end of January 2026) driving inbound interest, and our internal sales team running outbound demos. Three demos completed to date (Woww, Koola, Digidorx) with pipeline building.
- Third in line as a focus after Boost and Shopstar, but by design, not neglect. Minimal operational overhead. We'll keep pushing it over the next 12 months as the agency market wakes up to automation tooling.
No distraction. We improve it and use it for ourselves.
Harry: AI Features
- Ad content generation, powered by Claude (Sonnet 4). Generates 5 variations of headlines, primary text, and descriptions per ad. Tone-aware (professional, casual, playful, sophisticated). Uses the client's full brand brief as context so output is on-brand from the first generation.
- Brand intelligence extraction, powered by GPT-5. Analyses up to 5 pages of a client's website and returns 18 structured fields: brand name, tagline, overview, voice, tone, target audience, pain points, objections, USPs, terminology, CTAs, compliance requirements, and more. Saves hours of manual brand discovery per client.
- AI credit system. Usage tracked per request with cost and client attribution. Plans scale from 10 credits (Starter) to 500 credits (Enterprise).
The Agentic Angle
The entire campaign launch pipeline is automated. Campaigns are queued, tracked from batch level down to individual ads, automatically retried on failure, and self-healing when jobs get stuck.
The system also has a feature voting system where users submit and vote on feature requests, creating a public roadmap.
